  My experience i’m having at paragon is wonderful, after feeling very upset, panicky and anxious about having a poorly pet, paragon are so helpful, kind and good at explaining, showed so much care and interest in their patients and incredible service. In times of need I am so thankful to have been referred to Paragon. A huge shout out to Ben and Lizzie the vet Xena is assigned to. And to all the reception staff for being so kind and helpful.

  5 Stars for Ruby so professional and courteous - Well done!  Unlike Accounts Dept.  Sent email requesting payment, before checking with Reception.  I had a receipt, but put me on hold to check which has happened before.  Blamed reception for being run of their feet.  Only one other patient waiting to be seen.  Too keen, poor customer service, no apologies.  Made me feel awful 😖.  This has happened before asking for more money because they forgot to use new price!  Had to fight to get a new prescription for free which had been agreed with the Vet.  It mars the whole experience, and you feel like a thief being chased for payment.  Who would pass reception without paying, not me!  Shame on you Accounts.  Got sorted out and relieved after seeing Ruby, then spoilt by over zelous Accounts

  My cat was well looked after throughout her treatment. Paragon staff gave her a second chance after being diagnosed with cancer after her normal vet said there was little that could be done. So grateful for Paragon and everyone there. They really go over and above to help you and your furry family!
