How your pet is referred to Paragon Veterinary Referrals

Initially, your vet will discuss with you whether a referral is required. He or she will either contact us on your behalf or alternatively, they will provide you with the necessary information for you to contact us directly to arrange an appointment.

Should your pet require urgent attention, your vet will need to call us and arrange the appointment for you.

Prior to making a decision regarding referral, your vet may wish to discuss your pet's case with us. In some cases, this may entail sending us X-rays or scan results. Naturally, you will be kept informed at every stage.
